Call 5: Cut-off moment 2

Call 5 is an ongoing call that opened on 1 July 2025 and will close on 1 July 2026. You can submit your project application to the Interreg Meuse-Rhine (NL-BE-DE) at any time during that period.
However, the different assessment rounds follow a fixed schedule (see overview below). The cut-off moment for the next assessment round is 3 November 2025, for which projects can hand in their project ideas (step 1). Consortia can also hand in their fully-fledged application (step 2) if their step 1 application has been approved by the first cut-off date of 1 September.
This way, projects can get their ideas approved much quicker than in a traditional call for projects. Consortia can also continue to work on their application until a later cut-off. However, as the programme will distribute the available budget on a “first-come, first-served” basis to all projects that fulfill the requirements, the project consortia that are quick will have an edge.
At the cut-off moments, the programme will assess all the submitted ideas and will give feedback on your application. For further information, please consult the Subsidy Regulation.
