Steering Committee approves 10 Interreg projects

On 28 June, our Steering Committee approved a new set of projects from the fourth call for proposals. The 10 approved projects met all requirements for the call and are now invited to start working on their cross-border ideas.

This positive news comes just before the launch of the fifth call for projects, which will open in a few days on 1 July 2025. Because not all of the available budget was used during the fourth call, there will be extra funds available for the fifth call. The updated budget details will be published on our website as soon as they are final.

The Steering Committee is made up of representatives from our partner regions and advisory members, such as economic and social partners. They chose the new projects together, based on how well each project fits our programme’s goals and quality standards.

We thank everyone who submitted a project idea and send our congratulations to the successful teams. We wish all new projects a smooth start and are looking forward to seeing how they will strengthen environmental, innovative, and social sustainability as well as boosting the health and tourism in the beautiful Meuse-Rhine region.
