• Tour of the NMC company: Go behind the scenes of a synthetic foam expert that has been innovating since 1950. NMC provides comfort and protection through innovative solutions and is actively committed to circular practices. This is a unique opportunity to explore their processes, facilities and approaches to circular design. The company tour will be conducted in English, French and German.
• Risk & Race Game: Far from being a theoretical workshop, Risk&RACE (Risk & Resources Allocation in Circular Economy) will have you playing the roles of CEO and CFO of a fictional manufacturing company. Round after round, you will have to develop strategies in response to events such as regulatory changes, supply chain tensions and other real-world challenges, while adapting your traditional business model to a circular approach.
