Smart Platform for AI-driven Resource optimization and Knowledge-based Twin (SPARK-TWIN)
Smart digital solutions are often talked about, but for many SMEs they remain unfamiliar, complex, and too costly to implement. The SPARK-TWIN project brings together companies from Germany and Belgium to develop a modular digital tool concept that will help small and medium-sized factories use less energy and run their processes more efficiently. TLK Energy and Boolean will join forces to create a "digital twin" of a real production line in the Saveurs du Chef food factory, designing a system that can be adapted to different types of industrial sites. This virtual model will learn from live data and use AI to support better decisions in daily operations. By testing the system in an actual factory, the project will show how modern digital technology can become accessible for SMEs in the Meuse-Rhine region, helping them reduce costs and contribute to more sustainable production.
