The results of our paradigm-shifting study to reasoning and multi-agentic AI have been published in Nature Medicine. This study introduces SPARK, an agentic framework for autonomous scientific discovery in cancer pathology that works without training across H&E slides, multiplexed imaging, five tumor types, and 18 patient cohorts. It generates explainable biological concepts, predicts biomarkers.
