Traceable and Deterministic Quality Assurance Form Automation for Resilient Agri-Food Supply Chains (TRACEFORM-AI)

Food companies spend an enormous amount of time on paperwork. Every customer asks for the same information about quality, safety and sustainability, but each in its own format: a Word form, an Excel sheet, a PDF, an online portal. Employees copy the same data over and over by hand. It is slow, repetitive and error-prone.

This project develops software that does this work automatically. Artificial intelligence learns how a form is built and then writes a small program that fills it in correctly, the same way every time, straight from the company's own verified data. Work that took hours takes minutes, and every answer can be traced back and checked.

This helps food companies take a step forward in digitalisation. Staff gain time for real quality improvement instead of administration, and reliable sustainability information becomes easier to share throughout the supply chain.
