As the population in our Meuse-Rhine region gets older and treatments get more complex, the pressure on healthcare professionals increases as well. Especially when faced with staff shortages, the need for better collaboration between professionals, job dissatisfaction and other problems in the healthcare sector. Healthcare professionals see their emotional and physical demanding work grow every single day. Now, more than ever, it is important to address these problems. The CAREMORE project aims to support healthcare professionals and help them become more resilient for the future.
First, CAREMORE will research concepts to promote resilience in the healthcare sector. Based on this research the project will develop comprehensive educational modules that place the well-being of healthcare professionals at the center. The project targets three different groups: individuals, teams, and organizations. The educational materials will be designed to strengthen individual coping strategies, promote team-based learning and exchange, and establish a sustainable culture of resilience within the healthcare sector.
